into my mind
and out again to land on falling flakes.
My eyes follow every sentence twirling to the ground to melt away to linger no more.
SummitTonight is the final night I'll sleep atop this mountain. For tomorrow I begin descent if only to ready my next climb.Summit
I have a peak before me more daunting than
any I have ever attempted to scale.
But as I climb it's icy faces I shall not doubt for I have my parka, my picks and strong rope.
I am prepared.
My steps shan't falter. I won't fall.
I will ascend to the summit and shout towards the heavens once more.

and all the strength I need to push away doubt.
| I'm a university student, although I feel rather misplaced right now. I'd much rather be somewhere with a pen, a cat, a cup of tea and inspiration. And luckily I normally find myself with most of those. So, I write, I draw and muse... and try my best to offer insight into how the world appears to me... because it is a wholly wonderful and mystical thing should you simply look long enough. |
